🔒 What we save (and what we never save)
Written for kids and grown-ups. The full privacy policy is on the Nicholas D. West Tech LLC site.
We save
- A random anonymous session cookie so your badges come back next time.
- How many checks you ran, your best quiz score, which Clue Hunt pages you read, and your badges.
- For each check: the clue meter score and which clues showed up, plus your class code if you joined one, and the date.
We never save
- The writing you paste. It is checked and forgotten.
- Pictures. You never upload any.
- Your name, email, birthday, or school. Kids do not need an account.
- Ads or ad tracking. There are none.
Grown-up accounts
A parent or teacher can link an email address with a magic link to see class totals and edit the quiz. That email belongs to the adult, never to a child. Teachers see only aggregate counts for their class code: how many checks, and which clues came up. Never individual kids, never pasted text.
